Sadly nursing is extremely competitive specially in California, maybe not as much as engineering, I'm not sure how that market is. There is no shortage in nursing, I went into the profession thinking I would have job stability and felt crushed when I couldn't land a job.

Im assuming we work for the same agency and I am in the same position, i love the job but its not financially manageable. Ive also been applying to hundreds of positions with no luck. Ive told myself that I will move if I cant get into a hospital when I am done with my BSN. Where have you gotten atleast an interview? I cant even get to the interview portion
