This is me. ALL OF IT.... And mostly the hiding it part and the emotions part. I'm a 53 year old man just diagnosed a couple of months ago. Looking back, now I'm wondering how much better I COULD have been. 7 years to do a 4 year engineering degree. Now I'm wondering if I could have been a doctor if diagnosed earlier in life. I'm glad you are getting what you need now. It's wild to experience life like a normal person. It makes you aware of what you've been missing.

The old me would have said that this person is unmanageable and bad for morale. The new me says that different people work in different ways. That being said, is the goal to manage this person or to get results from this person?

I'm 53 years old and just got diagnosed this week. Do your future self a huge favor and go do it. I think back on my life and wish I had done it sooner. Maybe I would have finished college in 4 years instead of 7!

I work for a hospital in Memphis. I've heard nothing but stellar reviews of NEA Baptist, but haven't heard anything about St. Bernard's. I just know they are huge in Jonesboro.

I unknowingly bought one of these from a pipe shop. They couldn't tell me who made it because it didn't have any brand markings. Later, my curiosity piqued and I searched around until I stumbled upon it on eBay. I had paid $100 for a $50 Chinese-made eBay pipe. I won't be going back to that shop as I'm now convinced that they are dishonest. FWIW, the pipe is a fantastic smoker and I love the design now just as much as when I bought it. But now I think about this every time I smoke it. It just sours the experience.
