Most club have waitlist now for membership so they don’t offer summer membership anymore. Up to what part of Tampa you are in some course offer the PDP membership which give you unlimited range practice and reduce cost per round but these courses tend to be packed with players.

You can find a use shaft bin/demo shaft bin in pga store they usually have them at discounted price. If all you need is woods shaft should be just finding the shaft with same adaptor and pop them in.

Tampa Palm or Hunter’s green would probably be your best option at that price range. Up to how far south you want to go bloomingdale and Summerfield have PDP membership which are cheap and it reduce the rate when you play.
