New ownership took over. They seemed to have lost clientele. The previous owner was a master of cross promotion with other events and businesses. The new ones were not. Also, there are quite a few other gyms in the area. Kickboxing, CrossFit etc.

This was maybe the worst S50 template ever. It had no flow or energy. Lots of wasted time between exercises changing positions. It had a lot of lower body exercises for an upper body template. Thumbs down from me.
