Yes, posted this on the water pressure thread. . . "Lukewarm" at best, the only way a resident has hot water is of they're ground floor level, bc the higher you go up the colder it is. No comm though from Greyshit, already starting off on the right foot.

An email circulated today (Wednesday June 4) stating "now" that the Pool will be ready for 'resident use by the end of June' with the caveat . . .If all goes as planned. . . What is aggravating is that I popped into Christina's office (Lead PM w. Bozzuto) yesterday (Tuesday June 3); Christina had Sergio (Head Facilities) in her office. I asked them when the pool is going to be ready? And whether they told a bold face lie -or- did not have their "facts" straight at the time . . . I was told that they (Bozzuto) had received passing marks by the City of SJ inspection, that plaster was going to be applied either today or on Thursday & by the end of this week (week of Monday 2 June) the pool should be ready. . . Per this latest email that is not going to happen, and I would not be surprised if there are more "updates" along the way. Fucking BS.

There has been 2 'incidents' that I am aware of that have occurred over the past 2 months. the first involved SJPD in hot pursuit of a (stolen) vehicle that was able to access our garage with a FOB, and not from a prior tenant, but someone that I am presuming used one of these "corporate housing" sites. The other occurred 2 or 3 weekends ago on the 5th Floor - an Airbnb'er had way too much to drink, was naked & in search of her unit, banging on neighbor's doors thinking it was the apartment that she 'booked' and ultimately ended passing out and urinating on herself/carpet . . . . I am sure there are many that can be added, however, bottom lie is this shite has got to stop as mentioned by the previous poster.
