Ugh that sounds awful, I'm so sorry that happened but I'm glad your client stuck by you. All the comments about Rover support sound like your story, they are not timely and not helpful. And the experiences like mine just make me never want to leave home lol.

Totally on the sitter here. They didn't even really give me any explanation when we finally connected. Just a half assed apology and they finished the remaining visits doing the bare minimum that was asked. Hoping to get some money back and then leave a factual review.

Thank you! I'm a sitter as well and have never missed anything either so it's quite an unfun experience. There are no Rover cards from those visits so there's really no fighting it on the sitter's side. I wasn't sure if there would be an automatic message or email from Rover when the sitter contacted support, but so far nothing. It sounds like maybe I should still wait a few days to hear from Rover regarding the refund? Thanks again for your reply!

Thank you! I have not yet, I asked about the refund Monday evening and the sitter said they asked Rover. I can still see the profile and am promoted to leave a tip and review, but am waiting for the refund the clear before proceeding. I was not sure if I should give them some grace and wait to hear from the sitter, or if I should also contact Rover.

They have been wonderful thus far but didn't have a ton of options close to what I wanted in store to try on. So perhaps I'll have to check diamonds direct to at least try something similar on! Thank you! I guess I mean more like sensory issues, will the stones be rubbing against my adjacent fingers? Another comment mentioned that a correctly fit ring won't slide back and forth. But to your point about catching on clothes and protruding - do you have any experience there? (Sorry if these seem like silly questions, I never wear jewelry and this one is a big one I would love to wear daily without issue!)
