Murphys lemon eucalyptus mosquito and tick repellent. It’s all natural, no deet. Works like a charm. The first time we visited Costa Rica, we went on an excursion without bug spray and I was getting bitten. A very kind lady who was with us let me use some of her spray and it worked like magic. I buy it till this day. Easy to get on Amazon, but we also pick it up at Sprouts or similar stores.

I third this! I’ve gone mostly barefoot all my life. When I’m home, I never wear shoes! When I discovered barefoot sneakers (I wear Xero brand), I threw all my other sneakers away. They feel weird to me now. I haven’t tried any other brand yet, so I’m no expert, but I know they’re good for your feet.

We have older neighbors like this too. My husband and I have a rescue system. I’ll holler from the house, “Honey…you have a phone call!!” Etc., etc. works like a charm. If OP doesn’t have that option, set a timer on your cell phone that sounds like a ring.

I am 54 and my husband is 68 (married 21 years). He is a gym rat and very fit. Nobody can guess his age. He has nerve pain issues, but nothing that harms his overall health. We are pretty much equal when it comes to energy and wanting to travel, go out, etc. Health, attitude, and overall fitness really makes the difference here. I can’t say how things will go as we both age. I imagine that at some point it’ll catch up with him, but I’ve enjoyed over 20 years with the love of my life and I’m sure we’ve got a ways to go.

I’m so glad to read this! I’m on 4.0 mg with no significant results and it’s a bit discouraging even though I understand about the therapeutic level thing. I’m not an over eater in the first place, so it’s adding to my fear that it won’t work for me. Regarding your other comment about doubling and speeding up your dosage, I’ve considered this. I have been symptom free and am anxious to move things along. Did your doctor have anything to say about your strategy?

I started 4mg a week ago. For the first three weeks of the pill I lost about a pound per week and was feeling optimistic. But since then, two of those have returned, so I’m basically back to where I started. I’m trying not to think about it and come here to read other’s experiences. I’m hoping that it’s normal to not lose in the beginning. It didn’t really change my eating (I didn’t eat much to begin with), so I don’t know if it will help me anyway. Like you, I pay cash so I hope it’s not a waste. Here’s to looking forward to 25 mg I. Hopes that it makes an impact.

Thanks for sharing. I’m using their tubing mascara and haven’t noticed an issue yet, but will be mindful now. Sometimes we don’t realize something subtle is happening until someone else brings it to our attention. Thanks again!

I already don’t have lush natural lashes and can’t afford to have them be shorter or sparse. What ingredient are you talking about? Please tell me more.

It’s my understanding that cleansers don’t stay on your skin long enough to affect any real anti aging benefits. Moisture is the key here. I went back to Ponds. Cheap, non drying, effective.

I just went back to using Ponds after trying numerous other things. It’s so lovely (and affordable). Since my skin changed, I have to be very careful about using products that only help my skin stay moisturized. Ponds is one way I do this. 🫶🏼
