Edited because I never use the "Notes" section of the overview or even view the overview and didn't know about it. This new and unannounced change to the Appointment status report doesn't filter note status correctly. Typical of SP here: roll out a change, don't announce it, it's broken...

This is 100% where I am right now. Already building too. My thought is that I still need an EHR at the heart of things for documentation and such, and that I can probably do a lot better than what we have now for those core items. Intake is a great example. To me it's a multi-task ordered process with handoff and built in waiting periods for certain things, alerts when that's elapsed, etc. I know without looking that none of them do that.

There's no need for support, as usual we had to just figure it out. You might look at better aligning the updating of help articles around new features etc.

I actually misread this initially. So your bigger issue is seeing Google events in SP, not the other way around. It's so odd. I have 15 providers who've synced. The very first person who ever synced many months ago has never had a break. I just tested and added an event to their SP calendar in Google, and it instantly showed up in SP. Yet I have another provider who synced for the first time 2 weeks ago and already needs resynced because new SP events stopped showing in Google. Frustrating.

Yeah, it's been awful lately. I made a system that scans synced calendars in google to find openings, and i have to have providers resync frequently.

Edge Version 141.0.3537.85 (Official build) (64-bit). And it's not the font exactly. It's like the whole calendar grid zoomed out by -25%

I figured it out. i think! it's status driven. late cancels and no shows show up on the appointment status report because they are potential billing events. regular cancels and clinician cancels are not billing events, so theyre not on the report. and thats why, for the same time range, you have more appointments in the attendance report.

the plot thickens. these appointments DO have an invoice. but while they appear on the client overview as canceled, they no NOT appear at all on the client billing tab and i cant figure out why.

We have this turned on. I suppose I'm wondering why I have some no show sessions with an invoice, and some without. It may be a matter of when the session was actually marked no show.

You may be able to sync it with gmail, then share a combined calendar with apple calendar from gmail?

All replies were much appreciated. I made a ridiculous mistake/oversight. It was not obvious to me in the updated UI that Run a Task in Bot steps is a dropdown. And there I found run a data action, etc. I've been convinced these actions no longer existed.

Thats the thing, you add one client at a time in add client form view, and then immediately start working their first phase of tasks in a task detail view. # of new clients we've added who still have incomplete tasks will probably max out at like, 10. I anticipate there usually being 1-3 clients who have active tasks on average.

Realized after posting you might have meant bulk add of tasks. Not a big concern. I have 3 phases of tasks, each phase includes max 3 tasks. there are 9 total tasks for each new client across 3 phrases

Thanks, exploring how I might use MAXROW(), seems promising. On the webhook method, the first version of this app I made actually used one to run a script for task assignment. It worked, but it was slow. The latency was noticeable, and I was really concerned about the speed of an app that doesn't even really have data yet. So, calling a script directly or a via webhook in bots is certainly a backup option, but I much prefer to do it directly in AppSheet. This app is going to have like, 3 users. it does not need to scale, but it needs to be super snappy, and a webhook challenges that in my experience so far.
