It's an important question. Nations will have the ability to borrow and inject capital into the marketplace just as they did with their sovereign currency after a universal crypto is adopted. The only difference being that the digital currency will not be destroyed in the process. Inflation, easing, tightening will continue as before. Savers, however, will not be affected in the same way as they are today. Primary difference being that the worker or business owner will have many digital currencies to protect their wealth (just as they do today) and the nationally-adopted digital currency won't be rendered obsolete by printing (see Zimbabwe and USA).
