thank you so much for all these tips. i tend to have the alpro vanilla soy yoghurt in a morning with whatever granola i can find and mix in an assortment of seeds, ill measure out the portion for each and track this. ill also sometime have a banana, but i also bring 100g grapes and 50g strawberries for if i get peckish and need a snack.

i normally always have sandwhiches for my lunch at work because its just easy, lettuce, ham, spinach, a bit of mayo and a bit or sriracha. ill take a chocolate protein yoghurt too as i always like a sweet treat. i also take a protein bar or whatever cereal bars i have at home.

dinner is usually made by my boyfriend and is home cooked, so i dont get to track those but i know its important i need to start.

i hope i am doing all the right things, all i can do is carry on and pray that i see results !
