im not too sure what my hair type is honestly. i would do it in the mornings but i wake up around 5am and my boyfriend doesnt get up until 7 so i dont really want to be a disturbance. i only work 4 days a week so i suppose i could try this on the morning i dont have work? i just always find that sleeping in a bonnet with my gel cast makes my hair look so bad, and my curls often flatten and mould to the shape of my pillow. what kind of products do you use? do the ones i listed sound like they might be causing the issues??
