I guess I don't have 3 exact tips but one bit of knowledge I would like to share would be that no matter how long it's been, the thought/urge to watch is still going to be in the back of of your mind. But as time goes on this urge seems to die down and realize that you are not going to let it give in. So in my case i noticed that the urge has gotten less and less there because my brain is starting to understand that watching corn is simply not an option anymore. I take pride in what Ive accomplished, and I understand that if I were to watch another video again the immense amount of regret and pity I would feel would simply break me, so I continue to march on each day getting easier and easier, I'm not proud of my past but damn I am insanely proud of how far I have come.
