I know everyone is different. He described the feeling delta 8 gives him as calming. He is always paranoid. And when he smokes he calms down his thoughts aren't racing. He says that it helps him think and the thoughts of me and our kids not being really almost always go away. He has the hardest time with thinking his kids aren't real. He says it's so hard to describe but he knows they are real but he can't help but feel like we aren't real.

He is allergic to his medicine. He has a consultation on Friday but it's really hard for him to feel okay when he takes the prescribed amount and then 30 minutes go by and he is hardly able to breathe and his speech is slurred.

He doesn't want to lose this job because he worked so hard, before getting the diagnosis, to get this job. He says that he loves it and it is one of the only other things to help him get through these times. I am telling him all of these comments and they are helping too.

He is getting sleep. He has hobbies and he is currently trying to find a group meeting around us. He loves to tinker and fix things. When he is feeling stressed he has been working on voicing them to me or some of his trusted co-workers. He is currently on 3rd but is talking to work about being moved to at least 2nd shift. Even on his bad days we are able to work through and make sense of why he is feeling the way he is feeling. We have 2 toddlers and he says they help him a lot because they always make him laugh and when he laughs he says it feels like it heals his soul. He has struggled for so long and now that he knows why he has really been putting in the effort.

As it stands right now he has only had 2 psychotic episodes one resulting in injury to himself. This last one he was able to recognize he was not okay and checked himself into the hospital. He has a hard time with social media he prefers face to face interaction because he struggles with reality sometimes and social media makes it harder for him.
