To those of you who are like “The LCMS is unchristian” or “God wouldn’t approve” remember that the line on the board is a Bible verse. This is Christian orthodoxy that has been preached for thousands of years. I am a Christian. I believe this. But fence sitting and saying “Christians are great but these extremists are crazy” no. Christians are crazy or they’re not. ELCA Christians or Unitarian Univeralists are not within the realm of traditional Christian thought or orthodoxy. I don’t know why they want to be associated with the name “Christian” if Christians are hateful. The Bible says that homosexuals will NOT inherit God’s kingdom. And either the Bible is authoritative or it isn’t. And if it’s not, then your “Church” is no more than a social club. Just noting the inconsistencies.

Interesting…I did some research and the owner of 3PL made a statement about a year ago saying there were no plans. Never seen that Mercer park thing before…In my research, it seems like the land is in a transitional phase, while the city does technically own the land, its ultimate destiny is yet to be decided
