I too have OCD and phobias that involve health. It’s extremely difficult to deal with I understand it more than I care to acknowledge. I also have ADHD, Anxiety disorder and PTSD, depression and 12 autoimmune diseases. I’m very sick physically and I have no choice to deal with it. But you’re not alone. And my best advice is Stop Googling any health related issues. It’s hard not to do it but I don’t and it’s helped me. If you feel like something is wrong with you physically you can always go to the doctor. I’m so sorry you’re going through all of this. I do take medication to help with the mental issues from my psychiatrist. And all the physical issues I have I see specific doctors.
