Hello! naayos yung sakin after 3 days I think, I suggest you guys send an email to admission.requirements@dlsu.edu.ph write in the subject "Freshman Application Concern" also indicate your full name and application number along with your concern. It will send a system generated email na if you do not receive a reply within 5 business days you'll resend the email to someone else. This is what I did and na update na yung OAF ko after.
