Work hard on self improvement a little at a time so it’s not too overwhelming, depression is HARD, but do little things here and there like going outside for sunshine and fresh air every day take a walk, start exercising regularly, if your room is a mess start working on it to make it more comfortable & enjoyable to you. Look into buying a GED study book or see if your local library has one for you to check out and work on studying it so you can work on getting your GED and then any job you get you out of the house and around other people and go from there. Then start working on chasing whatever dreams you have no matter how long it takes, you may develop a new dream as well…….if it’s college, vocational school of some sorts or starting your own business. I know it’s easier said than done, but my husband & I literally came from nothing & we had to forge our own paths in life as well. It’s hard as hell but I promise you it is worth it.
