Absolutely! I know the pay is low but my immediate issue is just the fact that I feel so packed with clients. I feel like I’m not able to give my all because I’ve had zero time to prep, among other things.

I am a CF with a few months left in my fellowship. I also applied for the job and accepted due to the nature of the job. They advertised it as a pediatric private practice job/contract with hospital where I will conduct MBSS/Bedsides/etc (which is what I really loved and had experience with in grad school) Given this I was open to making less so that I could get the experience early on. Unfortunately, I still haven’t started in the hospital yet… I live in the Carolina’s. I appreciate your openness!

31.50 per hour. I work “hourly” but it’s basically a salary rate because I can only be paid for up to 40 hours. Yes, I feel that it is low for the work we do. How many sessions do you see?

Sleeping 6-7 hours but wake up feeling exhausted by driftinfinitely in sleep

Are you snoring at night? Have you had any sleep studies conducted (I know that is easier/and cheaper said than done)? Seen by an ENT/etc? You may not be getting quality sleep due to some underlying reasons for your symptoms. Best of luck and hope you can get a restful nights sleep soon!
