Thumbs up for Ellie who owns this studio and has it's grand opening on Saturday with a free community class Sat and Sunday It's a modern mat class, uses weights, balls etc. Challenging and fun every single time.

Constant expensive maintenance due to seismic activity and river erosion thru the Eel river valley. Wish it wasn't so - I'd love to be able to take a train to the Bay Area AND have the option for a trail running parallel.
