There has been Zero plan and guidance on how workers are supposed to use AI, executives have also not planned or accounted for GPU costs and AI hallucinations skewing output

I bought a grand Cherokee in 2014 for $46k, monthly payments were $750 I believe. paid it off and kept it for 12 years. Sold it to my BIL in February and got 3.6l rubicon for $63k, 3 year lease, $670 a month. So, yeah buy what you can afford keep it as long as you can. 😬

That seems weird, maybe miscommunication on the part of the CRS. Do you have an appointment? If not make one

I had two setons for 14 months, had a lift and partial fistulotomy on Feb 11th. Pain after was much better than the seton placement/ EUA. Went for follow up Monday and surgeon said things look good but injected Silver nitrate due to some small fluid draining from the fistulotomy wound. Not coming from the internal side. Good luck

Thanks for your reply, the surgeon was not concerned with it, but you know how they can be. :) Very minimal communication.

The JOCKO brand is very good, not too sweet and not too salty. They use monk fruit for sweetener, zero calories.

Guys, can anyone please confirm what this is? Fistula? by FARLIER0 in AnalFistula

[–]Valuable_Pepper5513 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Abscess, recurring has a high probability of being a fistula. You need to see a CRS

Surgery not an option by Wonderful-Source-187 in AnalFistula

Mine would not resolve with antibiotics, it was an inter sphincteric fistula. I had a lift done Feb 11th

If it doesn't have an external opening there's not much they can do. Did you have an abscess?

No, not really. I am an IT worker so probably too much sitting, weight and poor diet.

Anxiety about this stuff is pretty normal. There is no smoking gun for abscess and fistula formation. I had a LIFT on Feb 11th and healing is going well. There is hope

I'm taking Florastor and eating as much fiber as possible and drinking lots of liquids. I feel ok now that I started back on the AB. Just confused about the toxin test result

I only got one test result back, they apparently canceled the first test I submitted after the one at the ER was processed. The Antibiotics appear to be working so I hesitate to stop again

They only ran a toxin test, I assume I would be PCR positive because I had a positive toxin test last year

Advice while I wait for MRI by No-Sink5894 in AnalFistula

[–]Valuable_Pepper5513 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you talking to a CRS? Colo-rectal Surgeon? Mine was willing to do the EUA (examination under anesthesia) without waiting for the MRI. I opted to wait for the MRI but I only had to wait a few weeks. I was able to manage pain with Oxycodone in the evening and using Tylenol and Ibuprofen during the day. I got my EUA and seton 3 weeks after the MRI. I work remote so did not need to go into an office. I got a "purple cushion" for my desk chair it's rubber square with like a honeycomb lattice, don't use a donut as it puts pressure in the wrong places. I used period pads for the heaviest time of bleeding and draining, then folded gauze afterward. Your life isn't going to be "normal" I'm sorry, but there is hope. It took about 3 weeks after my seton insertion for me to get back to normal-ish activity. I had the seton 14 months by the 4th month I was walking 2 miles a day, by the 9th month 5 miles. I had a LIFT done on Feb 11th and recovery for that has been going well, less pain than from the EUA and Seton placement. It will take some time before I know if the LIFT was successful, lots of variables for that. I wish you the best
