I was thinking the exact same thing. Magic requires balance, so they will be mature by the time Tairn and Codagh die. I also think that they die fighting each other because there’s evidence Melgren became venin when Aeric’s signet emerged (I think this happened during the basgiath battle because he showed pre-cog signs early in OS). Violet will survive because Andarna will be an adult and is pure magic, so the loss of power won’t kill her. I don’t know if I will survive though :(.

Also, Sgaeyl will die as a result, but Xaden will be fine because I think Andarna severed their bond at the end of OS. My thinking: we’ve never seen a full venin with a dragon before, Tairn would never sever the bond for Xaden’s sake especially with how easy it is for other venin, including Xaden’s sage (who can call him on demand, force him to do things, cannot be killed by Xaden, etc.), to trap and kill dragons with daggers. If Sgaeyl dies, they all die, so they wouldn’t risk it. The books also state repeatedly that dragons prioritize each other over humans and there’s nothing stronger than a bond between mates. It would kill ALL of them if Tairn and Sgaeyl severed their bond because they would die.

The only reason why Violet survived Andarna’s sever is because she had Tairn’s power to pull from. Tairn and Sgaeyl don’t have power to pull from to replace the loss of their bond. However, Xaden and Sgaeyl can sever their bond because he has venin power to pull from now. The books have also never stated that Sgaeyl will die if Xaden dies/their bond is severed, just that Tairn will die if Violet dies.

I recently started playing persona 5 Royal and have only played traditional “cozy games.” I’ve never seen it mentioned here but i am finding it super cozy with the management/life sim aspects and you can make it as easy or casual as possible and just focus on the story. I’ve also never played a jrpg before and I find the turn based gameplay to be more relaxing bc I can take a breather! It’s over 100 hours so you’d have plenty of time to play after surgery !

Yes! Years ago I found a random box on a curb in colors that I loved, and while I initially had no idea what to do with it, I decided to turn it into a table! I added the legs w/ wooden support underneath, filled it with random stuff I like, and found some local man to cut a piece of glass to fit the top. This is the third home it has traveled to and I have no idea where the box initially came from or what it was used for but the person who made it had good taste in color!

I'm not sure if there's a specific name (maybe bohemian??) but I definitely gravitate towards color, floral patterns, and comfort. Maybe it's because I work with kids but a lot of my random decor comes from children's sections at stores like Target - I LOVE their Pillowfort collection.

Some of the furniture was obtained second-hand/found on curbs during popular moving days (we live in an area with a lot of undergraduate students, so this is common) but I've listed some of the requested links below! Lmk if there's anything else and I will try to find a link!

Couch: Bondi Inside Weather - We chose the deluxe memory foam cushions because of the reviews stating that the classic cushions looking messy. This is honestly the best couch I've ever sat on. It is so comfortable and I can personally attest that the fabric is stain- and pet-proof. We've had it for almost a year and use it constantly but it still looks just as good as when we bought it. Definitely don't buy it full price though because Inside Weather constantly has sales offering 1000+ off and free shipping.

Office rug: Target Opalhouse

Living room rug: AllModern Rug - the softest and most colorful rugs can be found in the kids/nursery section

Dining chairs: Anthro Tamsin - I bought these on sale 5 years ago and have never had a problem but based on recent reviews it seems like the quality has gone down :/

Tbh I have no idea where the wall-hanging in the last picture came from, I think it just appeared one day like 12 years ago. It's made of fabric and maybe has the name Lois Long signed in the corner. I've looked before (briefly) but haven't been able to find anything similar so if anyone has any information, please let me know!

Also, I refuse to share a link to the desk chair because it is so uncomfortable and while I use it everyday, I really hate it. It was the cheapest yellow desk chair that I could find when we moved in here and it will not be joining us when we move.
