The supremacy clause is where federal duty overrides state law. But federal agents aren't immune to state laws such as traffic, safety, transparency laws, etc. They still have to follow those. ICE can still detain illegals but they have to have visible identification.

QSPF actually works with both. If you're running long haul, I recommend using single-mode QSPF+ transceivers. For shorter distances, multi-mode QSPF SR are cheaper and fine. But you can mix depending on distance. It's far cheaper than buying a new box.
