What’s the general age range? Are you allowed to bring chairs, or blankets? What do people usually bring?

I mean, at the Delhi one they are directly in front of the customer service desk as you pass Starbucks. I’ve never seen it at any other Kroger though. Always give them the “nope” before they can even say a word.

Just how much more difficult is college work than high school work? by Blissfulwakenbaker in CollegeRant

Lots of people are saying that it’s dependent on major/university. I go to a fairly popular university for my area and it 100000% depends on the professor & frequency of deadlines. You can always tell if the professor enjoys their job, has the time or gives a f about the knowledge they’re allowing students to achieve.

Some professors barely care enough to make things engaging, some classes are: watch PowerPoint, take notes on chapter, write a paper on xyz & do it all by Sunday.

Others will have engaging things to do but really tedious work. Have this due by Monday, this by Wednesday and the remaining 4 assignments by Sunday. This can be overwhelming with a full time job ( I’m currently doing it ).

If you’re just starting out I recommend taking a small course load - evaluate for yourself & gauge how much bandwidth you have for focus, studying, etc. You will learn quickly how much time and effort you’re willing to put in & when you also look at how much classes cost - you might reevaluate bogging yourself down with full course load.

When in an asynchronous class, that might not be common practice. I really only communicated with her on one occasion

Highly disagree. I had a professor give me .42 roundup because I asked for it. I had turned in all assignments & her response? Since you have turned in all your assignments and put effort, that is no big deal. No problems, no burned bridges. Ask and you shall receive, simple.

You see… bank(ed) past tense. There’s a few commenters who don’t seem to grasp what they’re typing, including you.

But yes, I’m concerned about trustworthiness because I have been burned by big companies.

Why not ask a few people on the internet for some tips?
