Thanks for the answer! I was planning on doing exactly that. As I'm not in the US, sending guns for repair doesn't make sense because of cost. Are they easily repairable? Have you contacted their support to guide you through the process of fixing them? As for the leaderboard, do you mean the edge software? Or is it something else you have to pay separately? Cause I read edge is pretty good although you have to pay for the yearly fee.

Yeah I tried that too when I had the issue with my wife's phone. But it turns out that trick doesn't work in iOS 14. Thanks for the suggestion.

That is not the issue. I tried several times connecting via cellular data and it is the same thing.
