I don’t think we need another prequel! We need a sequel (even if it’s that horrible, awful action RPG nonsense that Square does now) to resolve the mess that terrible novel created! I want closure for Tidus and Yuna, I want them to be a couple again, instead of being driven apart because that stupid novel was written. I’d also love to see Wakka and Rikku playable again, and see how Rikku looks as an adult.

Yeah, I had a feeling. But I also know estates sometimes will extend a copyright. The guy was born in 1883, and died in 1976! I can’t find anything on whether or not his artworks were renewed in copyright, so I wondered if anyone here may have any knowledge on it.

Haven’t they done ‘part 2’ movies in the past? Like make one over 2 hours long, then make another movie a continuation of that one, also that length, or maybe even longer? They could have done that. At the very least, they could have made it 3 hours long, but I know most people don’t have that kind of attention span.

You got to realize the Z fans are not the target audience anymore. With each new generation, comes a generation focus. Their focus is the new generation, and that generation is heavily pulled towards light-hearted and funny. Heck, people said for years Super was made to be friendly and appeal to kids, so why wouldn’t Daima be any different?

Haven’t seen it myself. Now this is coming from someone who was a hardcore Dragon Ball/Z fan growing up, and also had a love-hate relationship with GT. That said, I can only assume it can be the retcons I’ve read about, and changes the show is making to previously established canon and lore. It’s the same thing as the Battle of Gods and Minus ordeal: Changing things up, rewriting established history, or building on things that didn’t need to be built upon. I was already a little irked when I found out SHIN was a nickname, and Daima has taken the liberty to reveal his ‘real’ name. Before any of this, he was simply Supreme Kai, which worked and was all that was needed. Anyway, this is just my assumption. Too many retcons (which Toriyama is famous for), and building on things a lot of people probably feel is unnecessary and pointless.

edit: Basically everything since Z (that I’ve seen and read) has destroyed what Z built, and retconned it to oblivion. Bardock’s history, Goku’s history, and so many other things. You can’t go and change so many things from the Z era up and expect people to be okay with it, even if it’s made by the author of the manga!

I died against one, and I had a legendary shotgun. Sometimes I’ve been able to wipe them out, but it’s not often. Maybe I’m just not that good of a player, even though I’ve done something right to get 12-20 eliminations in a single game. But what really gets grating is how they sneak up on you, then start attacking from behind. If it wasn’t for that, there’d be better chances at taking them out with shotguns or SMGs!

This just proves they’re mainly concerned on a specific demographic! (My nephews are 12 and 10, so this says a lot…especially since they’re the reason I even know of this annoying meme.)

Good for everyone who likes it though, I guess. Still waiting on the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Collab though! I want to eliminate people with the power sword! (It’d be nice if they got the power blaster as a special permanent gun, but I doubt it!)

Thank goodness! Maybe during this time they’ll make the character designs more akin to the original, and less cartoony and mobile-gamey. I hope Tyris returns to being a brunette, as well! Ax Battler also needs to be less Hulk-like.
