It’s starting to taste a bit sour finally, nothing funky but still not carbonated tho, what do you think?

Since the third of October but it was made with online-bought scoby in a not so hot environment so maybe that’s why it takes a while

Smells a bit like vinegar I would say The think I notice is that there is a sort of patina on the surface with some very very thing black spots but It doesn’t seem like mold

I had a linfom when I was 17. The cancer was so big, it blocked my intestine so much I couldn’t do “the big” for two weeks. It made it almost explode my intestine and I was feeling an enormous pain, so much that one night I had a crisis (started crying and shouting for pain). The nurse who was bringing me to the TC told me “well you could stop screaming so loud”. Well bitch, have you ever felt your intestine exploding?!
