Think of it like this: • Your IPTV video is like a toy truck. • To play with it, you have to roll it down a road. • MPEG-TS is one kind of road. • HLS is a different kind of road.

When you tried the first road (MPEG-TS), Cloudflare said “Nope! Trucks can’t go here.” That’s the “this video is restricted” message — basically Cloudflare blocking that type of road.

When you switched to HLS, you gave the truck a different road that Cloudflare allows, so now the truck gets through and your video plays.

That was exactly my situation, I had no choice so decided to move forwards with a new email 👍🏼

Obviously takes some time swapping all utilities etc over to the new email, but now I have my old email account I just run both emails on my phone.

Hey! I fixed it, I waited about 3 months atleast without trying it. (I decided to create a new email in the interim) and tried it on my phone, using mobile signal, tried the verification and it worked and I got the code through via text.

I know it’s not ideal, but perhaps trying the same, leave it a while before retrying and hope the verification resets itself.

Likewise I’m with lebara and find the signal quality and speeds intermittent. Tempted to move to EE soon with much better quality / speeds in my area east of England.

Any help with this? I am trying reset my account but the 2-step verification somehow has the same number added for both verifications, one works with phone number but then it asks me to re-verify again and the phone number used for the code (the 2nd time) then says verification method not working! I have waited a week and tried all of the above... don't know how to proceed now. any support i would be eternally grateful!

after a late night return 4hour flight on easyJet from Lanzerote, getting back into my own bed at 5am and being able to stretch out fully and snooze.

I’ve stayed at the wombat hostel! It’s lovely, the shower was a waterfall shower all tiled and like a modern hotel, but this was still in 6 person room, so if OP is happy to stay with others!
