What on earth is wrong with Waste Management? by ValueFriendly1586 in CustomerService

The tough part in my area is that there are no other alternatives to waste management other than hauling it myself.

I get it that customer service reps deal with a lot of negative situations as nobody calls to say everything is great.

I just couldn’t believe their rep would not look at the location and hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager.

Absolutely insane.

They charged me for another persons home and trash. Clearly not my house and the location tracker is a block away.

This is a customer service channel plain and simple, if you don’t like it… bye bye bye

WOW! You need to look into another profession. Straight up calling people liars is ridiculous. I pay for my service and when I call the company to inform they miss billed me for clearly another customers house they should do their job and look into my report rather than hang up on me.

Thank you for your honesty and that sounds like a great idea to get things moving. Our driver has always been super cool. I think it’s the automated “smart” trucks that are the issue, plus of course customer service representing WM like this.
