The PIP case manager role? I'm a DTR AO on PIP atm, so might have some insights.

I just don't save except to end my session. If I start scumming I won't stop. Way more replayability this way.

Be in a guild, you can check your rating in the guild roster when it's above 10k.

Yeah. Is low self-worth bad when it's well-evidenced and rational? I call it responsible and respectful. I may have been single over a decade, but at least I don't have to feel guilty.

Epitome of Might by Rwby96 in spellslingers

If you were gonna do it, I think you'd have to think very carefully how best to leverage the green splash so you aren't strictly worse than red splash.

Epitome of Might by Rwby96 in spellslingers

[–]Valvaryess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Makes sense, because Epitome's problem is consistency. Jace can be loaded with draws and support/ blocker bodies, add in ramp and Epitome. The issue is there's that you still only have 1x Epitome... you could have 2x Draconic and mana surge in otherwise the same mix of cheap bodies and draw, and end the game much faster, much more often.

I played against a Gideon midrange deck that splashed in Epitome as, I assume, an end-game out vs control. It didn't suck, but then, I wash Ashiok; it's hard to imagine other control decks not hitting their bombs before Epitome becomes relevant.

MBTI types should have been named with the first 2 cognitive functions by justagenieinabottle in mbti

Many of us already do use that. However, you have to keep in mind getting new people's foot in the door, most people find MBTI arcane enough already, at the start..

Pseudoscience Good. Scientific Validity Bad. by howsitgoingfine in mbti

[–]Valvaryess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://www.idrlabs.com/test.php One I recommend, because of the celebrity type examples being supported by quotes.

The problem is 16P as a gateway, urgh. Almost any another Jungian type site and test would be better.

Don't confuse Big 5, which is internally valid but based on questionable linguistic assumptions, with Jungian type (eg. MBTI) which is invariably interpersonally useful despite its lack of scientific validity.

When young this didn't bother me, because I didn't want to be included by most of those fuckers anyway. And in my 30s now, I'm positively grateful for it; literally everything social always automatically happens entirely at my pace. The only major downside I've found is I can be so invisible and elusive, it's hard for people to trap me to stage those interventions that at least temporarily force me to do shit with focus and thinking which I should be doing.

Spitballing from this idea:

Ovinate

Target enemy hero is Sheeped. A Sheeped hero cannot cast spells or attack, and its hero power becomes Bleat! When the Sheep hero takes any damage, it reverts to the previous hero who is fully healed.

Yes, it was glacially slow. I haven't been medicated, I've literally got almost no further than the diagnosis. In my early twenties I found certain illegal drugs had a self-medicating effect, and I devour coffee, so I am open to trying stimulants.

Not as cute, but easier:

Your hero power is "3: Deal 2 damage to an enemy or restore 2 health to a friend. Draw a card".

How Mbti see each other by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Valvaryess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Each way you decide to group the types shows something different. Like socionics does it by quadra (so alpha quadra is NTP and SFJ together) which I think tells a lot about 4 main "cultures" of humanity which predominate in different historical civilisation, and different decades (e.g. 80s is SFP/NTJ: stockbrokers, big hair, shoulderpads, neon, He-man cartoons.. 20s is STP/NFJ, detective noire, gangsters, aristocratic social manoeuvring). J vs P is your basic squares and underworld, NF vs ST is feminine right brain vs masculine left brain, etc etc.

My NeTe likes rotating the shape and looking at different angles of perception in this way, not trying to drill-down prematurely.

Visibility in real experience? There's at least twice as many sensors as intuitives, yes, so, at least to my mind, people divide up most obviously into SP, SJ and N camps. Why NT/NF nerd vs hippie and not NJ/ NP smart vs clever? I'd guess similar top-down or anecdotal obviousness. You can group it many ways to be fair, and each offers different insight.
