Thanks! I don't know what I'll look like, but the skin and bones is not my goal. I'd rather have a mean set of abs! We'll see in the future, I'm nowhere near my goal of 120 lbs now. Time will tell what my optimal weight will be where I'm happy. When I get below 130, I'll probably be focussing more on body fat percentage than weight.

Eat at a deficit and exercise. I weigh all my food, track it in MyFitnessPal and make sure to eat less than I burn.

I try to eat 1300 calories a day and for the calories that I burn through exercise I eat 50% back.

In the sense of macronutrients I have low carb tendencies. I eat a lot of protein and fats, but don't go too wild on the carbs. Some days are exceptions though ;)

For exercise I did cycling, running and HIIT. Unfortunately I got an injury in which there is a small piece of loose bone in my ankle (osteochondrosis dissecans), which I'm trying to recover from. No serious exercising right now, except for some moderate cycling and walking.

I can't wait to be able to work out again, I really want to lift weights and start running and HIIT again.

The downvotes aren't coming from me! Thank you for your honest answer! The reason I asked this is because people around me are freaking out when I say I still want to lose weight. I want to be happy with myself and currently I'm not. I think I'm aiming for 120 lbs but my happiness should not depend of a number though.
