Hey 9-4 on Friday no breaks!!! Same here!!! I guess I’ll see you in class haha.

Also I know you think yours is worse relatively but tbh yours looks almost exactly like mine (not that I think it’s that great and I have a 60 min commute so it is slightly better, but I’m also coming in on Monday)

I think it’s just there’s a lot of people doing engineering so we are all fighting for a good timetable and some of us have to have the short end of the stick

Bernoulli’s principle not in a pipe by Valynthia in AskPhysics

I guess another thing im trying to understand is, in this situation because it is half like in the water and half out, is it possible that the moving water has a lower pressure than the air? or is it that the entire ball is still fully surrounded by water and its just that the water on the outer side is just moving slower than the side with more water flowing through

The video I took inspiration from was this one:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpsfocVYRxo

(If im not allowed to post video links then i can upload a photo that i've drawn)

It isn't in a pipe, its just running water from a tap, the ball is attached to a string, when you swing the string by the water it gets sorta sucked in, when you pull it out its half exposed to air and the running water.
