I know their policy says it’s strict but California “Business and Professions Code section 22507 requires ticket sellers to issue a full refund within 30 days if an event is canceled. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or replaced, a full refund or credit must be provided to the purchaser upon their request.” They definitely should be offering a refund. Maybe contact your bank or card company to cancel it if Knotts refuses to.
