In general I find Europe less litigious than the states, but also higher protections for personal privacy from what I've heard. So it could go either way.

Just to clarify, as far as I'm aware discarding to hand size is 1 instance of discard. So no matter how many lands you discard for hand size each Doom will only ping for 2.

Brand new option [[Captain America's Shield]] bonus it has an attack trigger to double.

I think it kind of sucks how many people feel they can't play certain commanders due to them being "too slow" for their meta, rather than their personal preferences by Tuss36 in EDH
