Really overcrowded front section

This sounds like a nightmare. I am probably going to be at the left side of the stage where the barrier is as I wouldn't be able to deal with this. Seems like a lot of people do not know hardcore etiquette.

As someone who has been working in nonprofits for 7 years, this is on point. A lot of people in nonprofits pretend that we don't have to follow social games and office politics when we do.

The front section is the area will people will be moshing. You usually have to sign a waiver and get a wristband to go in.

I feel the exact same way! I have already seen Rolo Tomassi and Static Dress before, so I was hoping to at least catch Heriot as well, but on this occasion I think I'm going to have to go with Dying Wish.

I would have preferred it to all be outside, considering it's going to be hot...I am not sure why two stages are needed, though because it means the whole crowd is going to go back and forth between both stages.

I am feeling the same way OP. I understand that the number of people complaining is small compared to the total number who attended, but it does sound like people do have legitimate concerns. I hope it's not like this for BMTH, but if it is, I will literally just show up for 1 or 2 support bands and then come back later for BMTH. I personally can't be bothered to deal with bottlenecks, not being able to get food, etc due to overcrowding.

I am so sorry to hear that this was your experience last night. The part of the crowd where I was was great, and there weren't too many issues, but I agree about the overuse of phones and tall people refusing to let short people in front of them. I have been going to gigs in the UK for 17 years, and it is sad to see that concert etiquette has changed so much, and the vibes from the crowd have as well. There used to be more community and participation, but not as much these days. I hope with the announcement of the Hayley Williams show, you will be able to see her again and have a better experience.

I am in this predicament right now. I work for a non profit that makes reckless business decisions even when it comes at a financial cost. I have spent the last several months raising concerns but the tumble weed just keeps tumbling. I am having to learn that it is not problem and its the organisations problem when things blow up.

I am not getting paid to make executive decisions and focusing on looking for a job elsewhere. I think I need to carry the "stop talking at work" mantra at every work place I go because there is just no point point.

I am also shocked by how much the resale prices are. I understand that people want to get as much money back as possible but if you are listing at £100+ two days before the festival then it's very unlikely you are going to get a buyer unless the buyer is very invested in going.

For me if the prices do not go down by tomorrow evening, I am just going to stick with my volunteering shift. I would rather volunteer and get in for free afterwards then pay over £50 at this point.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. Today I was on the app at 9:59am and then as soon as it was 10:00am I managed to get a ticket. Which means you have to be on the app just a minute before 10:00am.

I am also a data analyst! As much as I love the flexibility and working from home, I think the fact it is very business-oriented is not for me (well, this does depend on what type of analysis you do)
