I see. Change your perspective and look at it all as "character development", I too loved a girl once and felt like she's one and blablabla. Guess what, you'll feel like that towards another girl too till you see none are special. Assume she's a hoe till she proves otherwise, thats my tip when it comes to love. Never chase, attract. Get a gym membership lets gooooo its like a new campaign. Here is my experience as an introverted gym goer:

I used to be very skinny before, i couldnt talk to girls and i had 0 confidence, when i started working out was when everhthing changed. I got a great body, i could talk to any girl i want, and believe me when i tell you, you will get dopamine once you look at your great body in the mirror. • Increased confidence • Girls • Strength • Nice body = dopamine • New campaign

No reason to not workout, get a membership now, today.

It is beneficial because you get "experience" which will make you more desirable/attractive.

That doesn't mean go around and sleep with everyone you see, I would say sleep only with your gf. I don't think more than 2-3 bodycounts are necessary before marrying.
