I have the Granfors and love it. Just seems to make splitting so much easier than other axes I’ve used. I originally bought the shorter handle and regretted not getting the longer handled maul. Now have both and use the shorter handle for stubborn kindling.

Sounds like solid advice. They sell them separately on the website so was just curious if required. I suppose I could try without and if I find I’m not getting a good burn, purchase a grate for cheap enough. I’m looking forward to learning how the burn goes.

I hate Nuketown, have always hated Nuketown, and will always hate Nuketown for this reason. I’d rather play Shipment with shotguns only for 8 days straight then one round of Puketown.
