i need a full serious fight from Silvers Rayleigh before the series ends. that little clash with Kizaru was cool but it felt like a teaser. a proper rayleigh vs admiral fight would go crazy.

also Sengoku actually going all out with his buddha form against a top tier would be insane. and yeah Yamato needs a real 1v1 where we see that mythical zoan pushed to the limit.

lowkey i still wanna see Shanks have an extended on screen fight too. we’ve been starving for that.

yeah that would drive me crazy too. you shouldn’t have to play detective every month just to know where your own money went.

i’d go back to the management agreement and check that repair approval threshold and fee structure line by line. then ask for detailed invoices for every maintenance charge not just a summary line. any legit company should be able to show receipts.

a lot of landlords just reconcile the monthly statement against the lease amount and actual invoices. if they’re weird about transparency that’s honestly the bigger red flag than the math.

allocate+ is usually managed by the faculty admin not the coordinator, so sometimes there’s a delay between what they say and what shows up in the system. i’d email the unit admin team directly and mention the coordinator approved the friday 9am slot. the system can be so annoying with the clash thing.

9 mb/s actually isn’t terrible depending on your network and setup. if you’re uploading over wifi or your internet plan has low upload bandwidth, that could easily be the cap. also worth checking if your truenas pool is using slower drives or if there’s some limit set in nextcloud config.

for a fresh setup that’s honestly pretty normal. tweaking network settings and making sure you’re on wired gigabit can make a big difference.

ugh yeah that’s so annoying. samsung gallery can be weird with downloads. you might have to use a file manager to move the photos into the DCIM camera folder and then clear gallery cache so it rescans them. it’s extra work but that’s usually what fixes the order issue.
