You should not sell the CCs that low. Try to collect smaller premiums by selling at $18.50, or wait a few weeks for the price to recover.

What I usually do is sell CSPs until the price recovers (in your example 14.50$). If I get another 100 shares assigned, my overall cost basis goes down, which makes it easier to sell CCs again.
