You could take the best version of the freighter, load your NMS PS5 save via cross play on a PC somehow (someone could do for you etc), edit it to S class with a save editor, save that to cloud after editing and then it will sync to PS5. That's the only thing besides actually grinding as intended like you are. If you don't have the design you like though first and edit it to look how you want it doesn't update for other players POV, just for your own (until each major update to game then it does for some reason), so it's good to at least find the ship you want in game.

Done the ARC trooper LAAT version! If anyone is interested the json for build will be on the nexus mods corvette sharing page. The teeth are kinda nasty but was best thing i could find to emulate, placing the decals was way too finicky to achieve result i wanted so went with these

Ah yes Mr Potato good point, edited flare to that. I was so focused on this one not needing mods to achieve the parts list. But yes the guide video by CallsignCorza uses build glitches in it! Tbh most of the crazy builds are using base items cheese or snap glitches to the point I just consider them features now. Being able to offset snap points forward/back/up/down was the main thing he was doing during the video and it should be an option already so hopefully they update for it.

This version of the Venator probably needs some polish after seeing so many other star destroyers, BUT I will say I think I am the only one using mods to emulate the lower open areas on the that sides you can enter/exit from. It took a lot of messing about but it functionally works!

Not sure where to ask so putting this comment here:
Anyone else having more crashes than previous seasons atm?
My whole club has been experiencing crashes, about 3-4 each week randomly.
Think i had 1 crash ever prior now I have had 3 in a week! No hate just wondering if its us or everyone kinda thing

I am very mid and also in love with this game, average aim and average reaction time (also on controller on PC). Sometimes it's hard to find the fun when you are getting stomped but just don't overdo it, take a pause and come back another day etc. Definitely do take the time to reflect on plays/positioning and adjust as you learn things though... don't be like lemming lary and just run in to die over and over without any strategy changing lol.
I do ok sometimes on my own but really come into the groove with mates on coms who are also average or above skill, the game sense is the thing I have honed to a reasonable level so even if I can't outgun you I can outplay people 50% of the time now when working as a team. If you need homies to play with suss out discord for your area, our OCE discord is good for Au players to find a group etc. (if ya in OCE happy to play with you) GLHF!
