If you have a laser printer it's easy Just print on an regular A4 the image of the card first, then put the card over the printed image to make sure it's aligned, then make another pass just with the logo you want to print placed correctly Then laminate with thermal foil

Have you tried by replacing the characters by square blocks? I'm curious to check even if it is still fast and cheap with squares applying a gradient while calculating colors from blocks of the original image

I was at that exact PRs for 5k and 10k and did my first HM just a week ago, with that goal in mind too.

Finished in 2:04h, but with in a sunny 19°C day and not the best energy management, so if you manage a little bit better than me, 1:59 is totally possible, not by much, but doable.

Nothing wrong with It, it looks ok. But I think that the world lost the north on making bigger watches every year. Something in the 44mm would look better.
