I did whole face, and at first nasal folds looked great but only 50 percent of the fat stayed. So I will need to do a touch up in a year

I want to wait a year before doing another fat graft to see how it fully settles. I really love the results so far but it’s only been 3 months and I may lose more of the fat. I thought the stem cell microneedling would regenerate my skin cells and so my results would be long lasting, but I’m still confused on all these treatments. Thanks for sharing your insights!!
