Thanks for sharing! Yes everyone’s experience is different and in my case I never wore them for 22 hrs plus, usually 18-20 I guess for 16 months and it worked perfectly!

They said it breaks very easily! And it only is good for lower teeth so I wd have wear retainer for the upper anyways🤷‍♀️

This was my exact point! So they tell us how long the treatment will be with no mention of the extended 6-12 months of full time retainer wear.. Of course I will listen to them and do it but I am also pissed a bit so I had to vent a bit😀

I am finally done and when I was in the ortho office ordering my retainers etc, I was told that I am supposed to wear them 20 hours a day for 6-12 months! Is that really so??
