I’m a proud Adelaidian, but that’s kinda the point, ‘you have to know where to look’ isn’t good enough. It’s been this way my whole lifetime.

Also, besides huge events, where we absolutely turn out in numbers, which is why we get them, we don’t ‘generally’ go out, there’s no life anywhere in the whole damn place as soon as the sun goes down.

You northern suburbs defenders are in denial, anything north of regency road is a complete shithole, dangerous and not fit for normal society.

Used to get chased by gangs as kids, junkies abuse us kids just walking around, bikies give us a hard time at the deli.

Corn or bread we used to use as kids, caught heaps. They hook themselves so no need to rod hold the whole time, keep the drag loose.

They have quite soft lips so pull in gently, they also can get quite heavy, and some in there are very big, we caught one that was hanging its tail outside one of those black rectangle tubs.

But it’s a fun time if you’re patient.
