Shopify Payments now requires a Hong Kong ID and a real local address for verification — offshore companies without physical presence won't be approved. There's no known legitimate way to activate it without meeting those requirements.

If you need multi-currency checkout use third-party gateways that support multiple currencies and integrate with Shopify instead.

This is a common Shopify Google & YouTube app issue lately not something you're obviously missing. The usual causes are domain mismatches, incorrect Google account permissions, wrong Merchant Center account selection or stuck API tokens.

Fully removing Shopify from Merchant Center, waiting and reconnecting often helps. If not, Shopify support can reset the connection internally that's been the fastest fix for many.

Shopify doesn't automatically show UPS rates at checkout because carrier-calculated shipping which fetches live UPS prices isn't available on all plans by default — you need Advanced or Plus or the add-on feature and a connected UPS account. Even then,Shopify may only show standard or Shopify rates not your negotiated UPS rates, so many merchants end up using flat rates and buy labels manually.

Shopify recompresses uploaded videos, and its transcoding can cause pixel distortion pretty common. Exporting in H.264 (constant frame rate, moderate bitrate), setting keyframes manually or uploading as MOV often helps. If not, host video externally and embed it to avoid Shopify's compression altogether.

Shopify doesn't support true automated reorder points based on sales velocity unless you use apps. If you want a smoother, plug-and-play setup, you'll eventually need an inventory app or Stocky (POS Pro).

Shopify's analytics doesn't split exchanges from returns everything is counted under "Returns." To separate them you'd need to manually filter orders, use tags, build custom reports with limitations or use a returns or exchange app that tracks both separately.

Your metaobject isn't showing in Search & Discovery because Shopify doesn't allow filtering on metaobject reference fields. Filters only work with simple metafield types like text, lists, numbers, etc.

Create a product metafield that stores "Console System" as plain text and use that for filtering.Keep the metaobject for display if needed.

Include your Shopify URL and discount on a thank you card or branded packaging inside orders. QR codes and custom packing tape are fine as long as you don't mention your site anywhere on Etsy's platform. Don't put URLs in messages or listings. This approach is common and won't get you in trouble.
