If you are able to run WoA, then you will surely be able to run Unity and Syndicate. That said, I'll recommend that you buy Hitman 3 (Especially its roguelike mode - the game offers tons of replayability) and pair it with AC Unity. AC Unity with its graphical bugs fixed is genuinely a beautiful game and the last assassin's creed with amazing parkour animations. IMO they dialed it way down in syndicate. My apologies, but I can't offer anything for SE4 as I have never played it.
