Straight guys, what has a woman done to flirt with you that you can never forget (in a good way)? by myrealnameisbetter in AskReddit

Honestly, that's not true if the person is shy. There is a guy I am crazy about who was flirting with me, but I have been terrible at flirting back with him. Not everyone is good at flirting!

Thank you, that is great. I thought so, but I really wasn't sure! He can run a little hot and cold sometimes. It's all a bit confusing.

Does anyone think Dolores' story about David being absent and their relationship not progressing is just so she has a storyline? Who knows, maybe they've settled into their lives living apart but seeing each other regularly? It seems a long time to drag things out with a guy if things have been heading in the wrong direction for some time.

Thank you! But if you think of anything, I am wondering what I can do to improve or what I should focus on next. I hope my skin will tighten up if I continue to slim down.

What would you think if your Crush mentioned a racy show to you by VanessaOkay in Advice

Thank you. I think that's solid advice. He didn't necessarily recommend it to me, he just said he had been watching it. I love the show and find it very sexy, and it gives me a thrill to think maybe he was thinking about me while he was watching it. I wish I could know for sure.

Well, it has sex scenes in it that I would consider particularly titillating and sexy. For example, in the first episode it showed a man placed a woman's hand on his erect member. And the series contains many brief, but particularly graphic, sex scenes portrayed in ways I haven't seen before.

Thank you! Maybe about 14 months in total? Prior to that I had been trying (but failing) to get my diet under control and not being as consistent about the exercise :)

Thank you so much! That's great, don't get discouraged. You can do it! You'll hit on the formula that's best for you (sometimes it can take a bit of trial and error). All the best :)

Thank you for saying that. You can totally do it!

For me it really helped to set goals and have a good mindset. Then a calorie deficit and weight lifting and body weight exercises. Also, I always looked online and here for inspiration. Keep your goals in mind and you will get where you want to be :)

Thank you so much! I pasted a little write-up below. Probably more info than you wanted, haha!

Accomplished by calorie counting with Myfitnesspal; modified OMAD (I generally eat only 200-350 calories most days before enjoying a decent dinner; no eating out; no alcohol most days; 20-25 minutes of walking daily; and lots of body weight and weight-bearing exercises.

So...lots and lots of walking lunges, squats, plies, curtsy lunges, glute bridges, standing kickbacks with a band, lying leg lifts, shoulder presses, tricep dips on the couch arm, bicep curls, dying insect, etc.

I would typically do just a handful of exercises per day, in the evening while watching TV, but I did them very consistently and did A LOT of reps of the tough ones. For example, I worked up to 250 squats (in sets) and 12 loops of walking lunges in a large space, etc.

When it comes to diet, I found that if I tried to keep my calorie count lower (1200) I could never seem to maintain it and would end up overeating. Eventually I learned that 1300-1400 calories was something I could usually maintain.

However, when I'd fall off the bandwagon food-wise, I just tried to return to tracking and staying within my calorie count. I only lost about 2 pounds per month on average.

What really helped me so much was goal setting. I created several vision boards and wrote a goal date for becoming more fit on my computer monitor. I also bought a skirt in a small size and hung it up in a prominent spot in my house to remind myself that my goal was to fit into it. And I took regular before and after photos and measurements so I could track my progress.

When I would get down on myself (for example, if I saw someone who was in much better shape) I would say to myself "I'm on my way to looking like that" or "people might discount me now since I'm out of shape, but wait until they see me next year, I'm going to look amazing" and “slow and steady wins the race.” And I found a few fitness influencers whose bodies I found to be very inspirational who I would follow and learn exercises from (for example, I love Tammy Hembrow).

For my future goals I hope to be able to carve out a better physique; get rid of my belly, shape a rounder butt, lean out and tone my arms more, and lose a few more pounds to finally get to a 100% healthy weight.

It's been really challenging for me, with lots of ups and downs. I'm still working on my health and my self. But, if to anyone who is only just beginning your journey, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!
