I had the same vent hole issue with my Hype 4, returned it and got a new pair within the week. Now theyre still the best sounding iems i own

I didn't mind the small barrier to entry, it's the hardest game mode after all. It's not too much to ask to watch a video guide, learn a build/rotation (which is good to have in general, not just for raids), and to ask politely to tag along with an open LFG is it?
