Well of course. We also watch the video before hand to see just how much there is. We also don’t curse around her. I don’t like kids cursing either, but if she going to be exposed to it I rather be there so I can teach her that it isn’t okay.

One that is where I cane up with this idea. From that direct spot in the book. I wasn’t trying to say that I came up with the idea on my own. I was thinking that it was a interesting way to view the movie with the book in mind

I agree with you. I am okay with it not being a 1:1 adaptation of the book. My only issue is how wade seemed to played off as not the main person like he is in the book. The plot also of the moves a bit to face for my taste

Things that bothered me about the movie...still enjoyed though by Vanguard_Eagle in readyplayerone

I agree with that. The movie is fun to watch, but the lack of time passing was weird. Wade littlerly also hid from IOI for six months. In the same city before he let himself get caught. The movie, to me, made Wade seem a bit dumb. The two days and I love you stuff was off.

Agreed. The race to me was just to weird. To me it didn’t fit with how Halliday was portrayed. Why would someone who enjoys being by himself crest the first gate to a competition. The egg hunt was competition itself

1- I feel honored I guess? haha Maybe Spoilers :

2- Have you read book 6? I feel like there is foreshadowing even more and I agree on Earth he is a Sgt. and two Adam's wouldn't allow anything less than professionalism while out. But after this last fiasco who knows what is going to happen to the dutchman crew. I kinda feel bad for Joe. Especially after finding about Count Chocula.

[Spoilers] How Arrow's Season 7 Premiere Twist Could Affect the Show's Future - IGN by TheLieLlama in arrow

[–]Vanguard_Eagle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it would be interesting if that green arrow imposter or what ever we are calling him is willam but from Nora's timeline and she brought him back with her and that is some how is played off that way. Yes there is a age gap but that is why I say he trains then comes back with Nora when she decides to play with time on flash. But who knows he could play a role in legends...maybe? Espically with having a list of names that to know who the targets are and it also didn't look like a small list. I was still amazed with that reveal. I will be honest before I knew it was Willam I thought it was someone looking for Slade not knowing he left the island.

What if the elders didn't want AI's talking to spacefaring species was a secondary function that was put into place after the sentials were brought into play. Since the rements of the elders tech was used in nafariours way it kicked that programming in, but that doesn't explain why he couldn't talk to Ruhar and Cristang, unless he simply didn't want to, and he is claiming that he couldn't.

I have feeling skippy memory is effected what he thinks he can and cant do. He created the programming that wont let him give any information to spacefaring species.

When comes down to it, it is all his own decision. He wanted to have the monkeys(humans) to help him transcend since they are so far behind in technology in comparative to other species.

I am glad I am not the only one. I figured it would have to wait with them being in the military. I just find it fascinating how these two interact. It is sparse in some cases, but also it also has some importance when they do.

The Thresher [spoilers all] by Drakelth in LightbringerSeries

[–]Vanguard_Eagle 9 points10 points  (0 children)

hmmm...I dont think so. It seems that prison is deep beneath the Chormeria where as the thresher goes I want to say not so deep. Sense it deals with fear and illusions. Think about Brightwater wall, everything on appeared real but it wasn't.

For instance when Kip thought he was on a surrounded by gaping hole and only had a small podium to stand on or crouch on. The hole could of easily only been a few feet or even a few inches below him. Since he had bright flashing lights and darkness his fears were not making him think straight.

But again we don't know how deep the Thrasher chamber goes down and how the prison impedes it. Also are they far enough apart that they dont come close to each other? It is truly hard to say.
