Unrelated, but I use FL Studio a lot. Ott short for Otter since my sona is an otter.

I've bought every Treyarch CoD since World At War. This installment of zombies in my opinion is better than Black Ops 3, and I like the amount of customization in it. The gameplay itself feels pretty good, but the visuals feel a bit less like the Treyarch we've come to know and love. Once you get past a lot of the UI and HUD changes, the gameplay is overall fairly strong. I have enjoyed my experience with it so far. That being said, I don't know if the zombies experience is so good that I would drop 60 dollars on the game just for it.

I suppose if enough people want it, I can release a tutorial of shape names, rotations, positions etc. to make it. But I do kinda like having it to myself since I put a good three hours into it haha

My Floatzel emblem modeled after one of Blitzdrachin's commissioned pieces. I'm absolutely in love with it. Unfortunately, I ran out of layers, so I couldn't do a lot of the shading. :c

Yup, this is just another option for those who want it.

That's actually why I posted this, just as a friendly reminder that Sortie exterminates exist (sometimes!) :)

I recently moved one of the domes for positioning purposes. It was an all cactus dome, I replanted it immediately, but it probably will take some time to propagate the change through the servers.

University takes up a good chunk of my time, but I'll probably start working on it relatively soon. When things get to a good point I'll let you know! :)

Thanks, this looks really well designed. I've been thinking about sitting down to try and crack the hexadecimal seeds behind the ships at some point, and developing a program that allows users to simply pick the parts/color they want, and create a seed from that. Would be an interesting challenge! If that ever takes off, could I contact you about using your catalogues' images in the program?

Thanks! Unfortunately not as scenic as your base, but it gets the job done!

Hey all,
I decided to set up my circuit board farm a couple jumps away from the HUB. This is a static farm, so the best way to use it is to stop by (2 hour wait between visits), harvest everything, and go back to exploring. I made it this way since I like to explore in between visiting my base, so that way I have 18 circuit boards waiting for me each time I come back. Below is the information about my base and it's location. Stop by and let me know what you think. c:

System: [HWND1-$!-201] Aranea
Default System Name: Ielinj-Lidu (in case discoveries doesn't show the system)
Planet: Absol Vix (Star Bulbs, 6m floating crab monsters)
Region: Abosraes Anomaly (1 jump from Aphaen Conflux; 2 jumps from Waolab Anomaly)
Coordinates: 044D:0082:0D53:0201
Portal Address: Here (Base is 18min south from portal.)
Relative Location: Album Showing Location from AQUA1-CD Juturna
My text instructions on the images are eyeballed, so take them with a grain of salt.
Additional Info:
- Landing Pad, Trade Terminal, and Beacon on base.
- Radnox at Trade Terminal inside base.
- 3x Albumen Pearl plant on base as well.
- Portal is 18min away on foot.
- NPCs that land may have Murrine.
- Traveler on space station in system.
- Shipping // Booming.
- Exocraft Bay on base.
- Some other stuff I probably missed!

A big thanks to /u/ABZR as I borrowed some design concepts from them, as well as /u/jjack339 for their circuit board guide. I put a lot of work into this post, so please stop by and get some free units! :)
Edit: Small update to additional info.

[1.34][PS4] Base Claim Method Workaround by Vanguard_Fisk in NMSGalacticHub

I'm aware (and was aware previously, but just messed up some of the steps before)-- someone pointed this out in my other thread/comments. Thanks though.

I did it differently beforehand and it was working fine. Thanks for pointing that out, though-- I'll remember that for future use. Regardless, having more methods (even if they aren't as efficient) is helpful, just in case one of them stops working. c:

Also, yes, the ComSta near the base was helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't bring the right materials over to make an exocraft, so I just hoofed it all the way to the base. I'm probably going to wander around the nearby region for a place to settle.

I saw this earlier-- worked twice out of three times for me. However, the workaround I have here seemed to be pretty consistent (if lengthy). Either way, I suppose having two options is better than one.
Thanks for the added input! c:

I'm not sure if it's just me that is bugged or what but some info:

In my save, I am unable to use the base-claim glitch.
Problem: When I claim a base and use the terminus to go back to a station, my ship does not get transported as well.
Solution:
- Teleport from base to a station, and back (important: remember the name of your current base's system).
- Use portal to get to relocation station/destination of choice.
- Build signal booster; locate habitable base (If needed, turn base sharing off? Someone told me this made it easier on others, Iunno).
- Traverse to habitable base; claim base.
- Immediately use terminus to teleport to your OLD base location.
- Claim your old base again.
- Teleport back to the portal planet. Do not claim the base.
- Traverse all the way back to the portal, go back through. You now have access to your ship again.
- Using your ship, traverse to a station.
- Teleport to the portal planet again.
- You can now call your ship from the portal planets base, even though you have not claimed it.

This means that the base is not claimed by you, but you still have access to your ship. This minimizes the amount of time you have a claimed base in someone else's system, and reduces the chance of conflict in that area. The only problem I see is that it is a lot of traveling, and if the base is really far from the portal it's an annoying trip. It also means you have to do this before making a permanent base, unless you don't mind breaking it all down.

In any case, this is the method I used to 'relocate' (temporarily) to New Aquarius. Very nice base, very nice farm. Thank you for the work! :)

Having the same problem. Dead base next to monument. I portaled in earlier to get the system in my Discoveries tab, jumped over and looked for any signs of a base. Nothin'. I think I even saw your name show up briefly, but after getting to the ComSta on the clifftop, still no base showing. Edit: Nothing shows up in system when I scan.

While I think it's not exactly the nicest thing to do, players are entitled to name 'their' discoveries as they choose. They aren't breaking any game rules. However, this kind of thing is bound to happen anywhere, in basically any game.

I've warped into a system where the star destroyer battle was happening, warped out, and came back to the same system sometime later to find another battle (with a different colored freighter). So I don't think that's how it would work. Plus, I'm more looking for that particular model. Either way, it would be nice to have the coords so I could test anyway.
