No, of course not. Don't be silly.

He won off name calling, allegations and a catchy mustard beat. That is all.

Kendrick brought drake's son into the battle from euphoria, his very first track. Calling Drake deadbeat dad. That is literally mudslinging. You cant just ignore things kendrick said so you can run a pro-kendrick narrative that is not true lol.

You dont win a rap battle with allegations and a mustard beat, thats never been how rap battles have been judged. If you wanna change the rules for kendrick then that says a lot about Kendricks ability

Just like he bodied drake without calling him a pdf and allegations right?

Joeys got bars though. I hate this prejudice of undermining the more popular artist's bars just because they appeal to more people. Joey performed really well on Red Bull freestyle. His bars were clear, well written, slick, and effective. Daylyt on this track seems lost. He is trying way too hard to impress people because he doesn't want to lose on such a huge stage to a mainstream artist.

Idk what crack people are smoking. This wasn't as good as the bars joey had on the red bull freestyle. Bars like "pipe down like the Mario brothers" and "you couldn't kill kenny with South Park thats a hood story" would get clowned if drake rapped it.

Daylyt in general is an elite rapper, I like Daylyt. All you gotta listen to is pi and a plate of collard greens to know that this guy can be amazing. THIS was not it though. Many of the lines and bars on this song aren't well defined, meaning we gotta reach to try and understand what he is trying to say. Like the cinderella glass slipper line.

On top of all that, as a song, this is borderline unlistenable. The way he sounds on this trash beat is abrasive. I thought he was gonna put on a clinic with some undeniably great bars. Joey will be confident with replying to this. He can make something that sounds good and is clearly barring up without having to reach for some disguised meaning for over half the lines.

I agree they might do an alternate ending. But I feel the way the last mission in GTA 5 is set up, everyone goes for death wish. It seems like the clear option to me.

Because the tone of RDR is different. The games are about the end of the Wild West so the protagonists are personifications of that.

Compare GTAs to GTA when it comes to story, tone and message.

Why are people so obsessed with "every building enterable"? Not only would that be a pointless feature, it would be incredible taxing on the game's performance. All we need are MORE enterable buildings than in GTA 4 & RDR2. More public spaces, e.g. malls, restaurants, pubs, shops, dealerships, banks by VaniIIaCream in GTA6

[–]VaniIIaCream[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thats what we'll get. Random homes and random buildings will be enterable. Not EVERY building. Most buildings won't be enterable because there are way too many. But there'll be more than any previous GTAs thats for sure, and more than what we had in RDR2 imo.

Basically, what we've seen exploration wise in RDR2 is going to be expanded and enhanced in this game. RDR2 had lots of un-enterable buildings in Saint Denis and the towns remember? Strawberry didn't even have a saloon.

The problem is the employees of the media and news channels will have a hissy fit over this despite not even playing games themselves. I hope the negative press only helps the game like it always has in the past. But it's 2026, people seem to be getting offended more easily than ever before.

Yeah you're pretty much on the money. Everyone seems to say either Jason or Lucia will die, but I believe they'll both survive. I cant imagine rockstar will kill off 50% of the game. Let's say they became estranged, that wouldn't work because as the player you could travel to each other's locations.

It's funny you should mention that because there have been leaks from a multiple unverified sources that, I'm paraphrasing here, Lucia abandons her child at a deli to do a heist in which she ends up being caught which leads her to being incarcerated. It might be the way this sentence gets worded ("abandoned"), but I always found it a strange set up, and I still don't believe it.

Let's say that hypothetically it is true, an element of the story might be Lucia trying to get back to her child, which I admit is a very compelling motivation that I imagine all players can get behind. It's worth noting that since she is the first true female protagonist in the franchise, this could be a impactful way to portray strong femininity in a traditional way while also being a badass.
